Welcome to the world of baby bedding, one of my favorite subjects besides baby clothes. That might sound odd, but I really enjoy talking about all the little “mini-me” things you can do with babies before they grow up and start back talking.

Baby bedding is more than sheets and blankets; you have to take into account what kind of sheets and blankets you will need. This is important when you take into account that weather and other things play a major factor in how much you need to cover up baby and with what kind of material

Make sure you have plenty of extra sets of sheets. Baby might only mess up the sheets once in a while, but what happens when they do three times in a day? Yeah, multiple sheet sets mean options for the whole deal. Keep that in mind. You might have more clothes than you can possibly deal with, but a few extra sheet sets are very nice to have as well.

It is a huge responsibility to plan for the baby’s nursery. Furniture must be selected; walls painted and most important is the criterion of safety measures. But the most interesting part of the entire planning is to select the theme of the nursery. Zeroing on the theme of the nursery would be the first step towards the planning process because it would set the basis on which you would decorate the entire nursery of the baby.

For the room of baby, you would never run of themes because of the sheer number of them available. You can select a theme that is masculine or feminine depending on the gender of the baby, or you could go for a neutral theme in case you plan to have more babies. This will ensure that you will not have to redecorate the room when the next baby arrives with a different gender. If your next baby is a girl then a blue based theme for your boy would not work for her. Similarly a boy would not be entertained in a nursery with a pink princess theme.

There is a near endless array of baby bedding on the market that includes sets that are gender specific and others that can be used for either a boy or a girl. You can buy each piece separately but if you really think about it, it is the most expensive way to go. Just as there are  ‘bed-in-a-bag’ sets for adults they have them for your nursery as well.

A bed in a bag set includes sheet, pillow cases, a comforter, shams, and skirts for adult beds. Bed sets for the baby is the same way. If you are looking to have your bedding co-ordinate the theme of your nursery then purchase sets. You can purchase single sheets so that you can mix and match your bedding.

When you are shopping for be aware that the bedding will be separated by fabric, colors, and styles. Your preferences will no doubt influence your purchase. Do you want cotton, flannel, fleece, or silk? Many parents prefer the cotton or flannel fabric because they are less expensive than silk sheets and are easier to clean.

Hmmm … Setelah lebih dari seminggu nggak ngelirik blog dan ini adalah salah satu efek dari koneksi yang Masya Allah lambatnya (bosen nungguinnya), juga karena faktor males, trus mampet ide, dan faktor penghias lainnya. Alhamdulillah, akhirnya aku bisa merhatiin blog-ku lagi, waloupun ditambah ngantuk-ngantuk trus nguap-nguap. Alhamdulillah lagi, hit-nya nambah dikit. Yeaaa … kesimpulannya adalah, segera seleseikan pekerjaan yang paling dekat, jangan ditunda soalnya kalou nggak gitu, bisa kacou balou. Trus harus serius jagain apa-apa yang udah dipercayakan ke kita juga selalu jaga stabilitas ritme kerja, jangan rajin banget di satu waktu tapi males banget di waktu-waktu yang lain. Doakan aku biar bisa nulis buat blog setiap hari ya. Siiip !!!
