Menu eats baby and Frequency eats baby 6,7,8 month

6 months – first food
Given:
· mother’s milk
· serealia: White rice, brown rice havermuth
· vegetable: Machete pumpkin, sweet potato creeps, pumpkin green peanut potato, zucchini
· fruit: Banana, apple kocado, pear

Not yet may be given:
· meat food yg contain protein
· fish shellfish
· cow milk milk product

Type:
1. One food kind
2. Semi liquid (refined or Made puree)
3. Cooked (except aubergine, kocado, Water melon and Banana)

Frequency:
Eat big: 1-2 time per day
Snack: 1 time per day
mother’s milk: Any time when asked or Formula usually every 3-4 clock

Portions:
Food: 1-2 teaspoon end initially, Gradual improve appropriate getting old and Baby interest.

7-8 month – food semi solid
Given:
· mother’s milk
· serealia: Continue brown rice gift, White rice and Oatmeal. Introduce maize.
· vegetable: Asparagus, Carrot, Spinach, Brocolli, Mustard green, Cauliflower, Beet, Radish, Cabbage
· fruit: Mango, Pear, Peach, Blewah, Cucumber suri.
· baby cracker.
· meat food yg contain protein: Chicken, Cow, Chicken heart, Know, Tempe

Not yet may be given:
· fish shell
· cow milk milk product olahan

Type:

1-2 food kind
Semi solid (attenuate dgn wire filter, Puree)
Soft finger food (8 bln+)
Cooked (except aubergine, Spt kocado, Water melon and Pisang)frekuensi:

Eat big: 2 times per day
Snack: 1 time per day
mother’s milk: Any time when asked or Formula usually every 3-4 clock

Portions:
3 until 9 tablespoon cereal, To 2 until 3 feeding times
1 fruit teaspoon, Gradual improve to be ¼ until ½ cup to 2 until 3 feeding times
1 vegetable teaspoon, Slow increased to be ¼ until ½ cup to 2 until 3 feeding times.
1 source food teaspoon protein, Slow improve to be 2 sm to 2 feeding times
